Brothers Leagues Club Townsville proudly introduces a new logo and branding initiative. Our new logo and tagline, ‘Enjoy Your Local Club’, reflect the spirit of the club and the strong emphasis on the friendly and family orientated atmosphere.
Since completing renovations to the club in late 2009, Brothers ensured they were able to leverage on its strong member base and rugby league brand. It was from here the idea of introducing the ‘face to the name’ was generated.
With a rich 90 year history and well-established Rugby League identity, Brothers’ general manager, Craig Thomas, felt it was best to concentrate on the leprechaun image.
“2012 brings our 90 year anniversary as a Rugby League Club, so there was never a better time to introduce a new logo and branding,” said Craig Thomas.
“The logo not only takes advantage of the strong leprechaun identity already associated with the club, but it allows us to build a strong presence within the community and with our loyal members.”
“We are also able to expand on the brand and introduce aspects of the look and feel within each department and programme within the club”.
The launch of the new logo coincides with our membership renewal period and Brothers strongly encourage members and their family and friends to come and visit us today.
With membership still only $2 and the chance to win a brand new Mazda 2*, our new face in town, the Brothers’ leprechaun, is greeting all guests to the club today and eagerly awaits your visit.
